For experienced splint makers who require a high degree of conformability and fine details, CONTOUR PRO™ is perfect.

Fast setting and extremely moldable, CONTOUR PRO™ is a plastic-type material, specially formulated for dynamic splinting, adaptive equipment, and smaller splints requiring extra rigidity.

Best heated in water bath at 150° -160°F (65°-70°C).

Thickness: 3.2mm, 2.4mm, 1.6mm
Dimensions: Normal size = 460x610mm (in stock) or 920x610mm
Perforations: Plain sheets or 1% pattern (see perforation chart here)
